Paul Bozzo 

Paul Bozzo is a scalable entrepreneurial ventures expert in the San Francisco Bay Area. Paul’s background blends over 25 years of professional experience in start-up strategy, strategic planning, angel/VC financing, SBA lending, and equity crowdfunding.
Paul’s specialty is working with entrepreneurial ventures to refine their business model, create an investment-driven business plan and prepare an effective funding presentation. He also advises CEOs and founding teams on these common start-up issues: legal entity selection, equity financing structures, financial forecasting and exit strategies.
In addition to his role as a Entrepreneur in Residence with the Tech Futures Group. Paul also serves as a Regional Access to Capital Specialist with the Northern California Region of the Small Business Development Center (SBDC) network. In this capacity he works with high-potential clients across Northern California seeking angel/VC/SBA or equity crowdfunding.
