Joan Yamauchi
With over 15 years of senior management and consulting experience, Joan advises small businesses and social enterprises in sourcing working capital and disaster financing, developing business and e-commerce strategies, creating business plans, complying with legal entity governance, and resolving both federal and state accounting and tax issues.
During her employment tenure in the financial and account services sector, Joan held the positions of Regional Controller, Controller and Auditor in both Fortune 500 and entrepreneurial, high-growth companies.
